Responsible for drawing up the manpower plan, identifying sources of manpower. Recruitment & selection including Database Search, Job Portal Search, Resume Screening, short listing & Reference checks. Leave Management:
Total computation of the leave management of each employee & updating PL & SL balance on monthly basis which reflects the calculation on yearly & computation in terms of leave carry forward.
Induction
Responsible for Making arrangements for induction orientation program for the newly recruited employees for making them familiar with company culture and rules & regulations showing the presentation of the company profile as well showing the intranet system of the internal organization.
Exit Formalities:
Take care of termination/separation formalities; conducting Exit round of interview & being a part of it. Take care of the release process of the x-employee & keep the data into each individual file.
Administration activities:
Day to day liaison with all the departments in Head Office for their end – to –end administration solutions. Communicating with the vendors for order placing, payment of bills, expansion of new branches & infrastructures. Preparing daily MIS, handling all staff’s issues & helping them to solve. Developed and maintained administrative policies, handled petty cash for other branches and keeping appropriate documentations.
