His subsequent career at TCS as the Global Head of Customer Experience Management (CEM) Solutions consisted of multiple ill-judged and unimaginative moves that helped destroy the value of CEM solutions right across the industry.

With his diverse current roles as Faculty of WorldQuant University and Quantitative Strategies expert at Alphative, CrowdKast and Convergence Inc - he has the opportunity to wreak havoc on a truly global scale. It is a worrying new juncture in a dismal career. Matters are only made worse by his long-standing affiliation to Mensa - the notorious group of nitwits.
