As Creative Director, I led a diverse creative team of designers, writers, and
technologists, working closely with our clients and organisations to deliver
tangible outcomes across brand identity and customer experience.
— Strategy and rebrand of an entire region - the Eyre Peninsula.
— Re-imagined a national start up business for a global communications.
— Delivered a comprehensive global rebrand and brand engagement
project across 3 continents and delivering an internal brand engagement
program to over 30 countries in the process.
My focus was about aligning customer insight and empathy to business
needs (and challenges) and organisational culture - then creating a new
concise strategy, and advising of the role their brand can play through
storytelling and creating a meaningful relevant purpose for their business
inside and out.
The work we produced crossed the globe, inspired innovation, transformed
organisations and was always influenced by human-centered design — in
short, we identify new directions and offerings by designing for people’s
needs, behaviours, and desires.

Working closely with the Creative Director and the Managing Director,
I led and managed a team of art directors, designers, developers, and
finished artists.

— Rebuild of creative team and development.
Working with some of the most famous FMCG and technology companies
in Australia and beyond, we created brands and campaigns that shaped
their success.
I was appointed to spearhead a culture change within the creative
team, and being a catalyst for improving creative output and growing
opportunities for new business acquisition. Central to this initiative
was revitalising the businesses brand and shifting its offering as a
competitive creative agency with renewed purpose and a culture
driven by exceptional design.

I was a member of the leadership team, with shared responsibility for

Integral to being a senior team member meant managing the brands
