Shabir Majid Villa
Msheireb Station lies at the heart of Doha Metro network
and provides a three‐line interchange within a 50,000m2
facility.
Among two design stages, Design Stage‐1 has been
successfully issued and DS‐2 is on progress.
Principal duty is to carry out Building services design
(HVAC) to standard required by the client in compliance
with internationally recognized guidance from NFPA &
ASHRAE Guides.
UAE Pavilion (EXPO 2020)
The project is for Expo 2020 Dubai. National Media Council
is the client of this project. The design includes Cooling and
Mechanical Ventilation system. We develop a flexible design
solution considering the need to modify the building in
“legacy” mode during expo time. The job involved in the
cooling load calculation with HAP 4.9, preparation of cooling
load summary, ventilation calculation & preparation of floor
layout & Equipment schedules for the 100% Schematic to
Issue for contraction stage.
Fountain Views‐Retail Redesign
The biggest project of Emaar in Dubai downtown in front of
Buj khaleefa. Four residential super high rise tower in single
podium. 12 levels are considering as podium. First three
levels includes retails and F&Bs. The job involved in the
cooling load calculation with Emaar guideline, preparation of
cooling load summary, ventilation calculation & preparation
of floor layout, Water & Air distribution schematic &
Equipment schedules for the 100% Schematic to Issue for
contraction stage.

Ajman Gateway Mall
The city is intended as an international benchmark of
sustainable urban community development. Jobs involved in
this are preparation of drawings for district cooling network
of design phase – I, coordinated with MEP CAD team.
MAG Wellness Residences
The design includes Cooling and heating, mechanical
ventilation systems for the university buildings. This
university located in Saudi Arabia, consists of seventeen
blocks of arts, science, architecture, engineering and
management studies departments. The campus requires
20 MW chilled water for cooling and which is supplied
from the city district cooling network. The jobs involved in
this are cooling load calculation by Elite software,
preparation of schematic layouts, sections and detailed
drawings for the deliverables of 30% submission to IFC.
Wellness Residential Developement
Design of HVAC services of the 40 storey Hotel, Office and
Apartment Tower in Manama, Bahrain, for Ithamaar
Development Company. This mixed development includes
residential, hotel & office with triple basement car park
and hotel back of house area. Jobs involved in this project
are the preparation of detailed layouts, chilled water and
air schematics and floor plan layouts for Hotel Guest
rooms and Hotel facilities. And preparation of detailed
plant room layouts.
SRG Tower
Iconic building sited in the Al Raha Beach Development will
be the central terminal for ferries and water taxis
connecting all other precincts and the main city of Abu
Dhabi. Structurally, the building profile resemble a
cantilever that projects over the ocean and encompass
with fully glazed bottom floor. Lead engineer responsible
for detailed designs of HVAC services for this building.
Jobs involved are preparation of mechanical schematics,
plan layout, schedules and detailed layouts and plant room
section.
Parkfield
Detail Design of District cooling plant and Ventilation
system for Majit Al Futtaim Investments LLC., Bahrain. This
Commercial complex includes Shopping Mall, Food Court,
Water World, Two Hotels, Cinema theaters and Multi tier
Car park etc. The total cooling capacity of the cooling
plant is 42 MW.
Jobs involved in this project are the preparation of
detailed drawings for Central Cooling System, Detailed
coordinated core drawings, detailed sectional drawings for
plant rooms, Water & Air distribution Schematics,
Designing & Drafting of Water and Air distribution systems
and Plant rooms and Calculation of Pressure drop for Air
side as well as Water side.
DCHD Bridge District
Design of District cooling plant and HVAC systems for
Karachi Port Trust, Pakistan. This campus includes an
Utility Center, Two Basement Car Park, a 78 storied tower
with office and hotel accommodations, Retail and
Convention Center combines with an Auditorium,
Conference, Exhibition, Gymnasium, Swimming pool &
Restaurant, and Four Residential Towers of each 30, 25, 20
& 15 storied. Total cooling capacity of the plant is 70 MW.
Jobs involved in this are drafting the three storied Utility
Center which includes Central Cooling Plant, Water Tanks,
Public Health Plant room, Electrical Power Station and DG
room. Designing and Drafting the Central cooling Plant
room, Preparation of Cooling & Ventilation drawings,

Design of cooling, space heating and ventilation system for
the fourteen storied star hotel for Kempinski Hotels,
Bahrain. The hotel includes luxurious Guest rooms,
Executive Suites, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Office spaces,
etc.
Jobs involved is Preparation of Detailed Energy Transverse
Station drawing for this hotel, preparation of Water & Air
distribution drawings, Water & Air distribution Schematics,
kitchen ventilation drawings, core detailed drawings and

Design of District Cooling Plant system for Dubai Investment
Park, Dubai. Jobs includes in this are includes Pressure Drop

Ansam Phase ll (Abudhabi)
Detail Design of cooling, space heating and mechanical
ventilation system for Iraqi Police Service, Iraq. The camp
consists of fourteen individual blocks with Military offices,
Quarters, Training wing, Kitchen, Restaurant, Medical
centers, Gymnasium and Recreational buildings, etc. Jobs
involved are Preparation of Air‐conditioning and Ventilation
system drawings and coordinated MEP layouts
Shams Marina Hotel (Abudhabi)
Detail design of space heating systems, humidification
systems and process heating systems with steam and
compressed air system for British American Tobacco,
Boncourt, Switzerland. The Tobacco Factory consists of
various process areas like enzyme, boxfill, Laboratory and
Extract area, etc.
