Responsibilities:
Information of newly created PO or modified existing PO or cancelled existing entire PO or lines of existing PO in Ariba cloud-based B2B market place by the Buyers, is sent to Oracle in the form of files, which are then used to create identical PO in Oracle system.
Only Standard Purchase Orders are created in Oracle.
One XML file will contain information of a single PO only.
Oracle to receive PO information in the form of XML file. Oracle will also send its response either Success or error with details in the form of XML file.
Converted migration from file-based to XML-file to create corresponding Oracle PO in real time.
Modified all existing data base objects and created new database objects to meet above requirements.
Worked with intermediate EI team (between Oracle System and Ariba) for integration testing.
Project: AME for PO Requisition Approval Workflow

For a specific Charge Account combination (of Location, Cost Center and Brand) in a Purchase requisition, the PR should be routed for review and approval depending on the Total Purchase Requisition Amount to specific employee(s).
Assigned responsibilities to all users needing access to AME setup.
Setup AME rules/conditions/Approval groups/Actions/Attributes.
Created automation scripts to automate creation of AME attributes, conditions, approver groups and approver rule setups in negligible time which had tremendously helped to save production downtime.
Project : Region Realignment for North America Region of a reputed client

Realigning branches from current regions to future areas.
Created multiple concurrent programs to automate realignment to new areas.
Newly created programs for realigning regions, which took just 12 seconds, whereas, it takes around 12 hour when performed manually, which was earlier planned.

Conversion of accounting calendar from 4-5-4 to Gregorian calendar.

Conversion of Open AP invoices from legacy system into fusion environment using spreadsheet upload. Additionally, reconciled the invoices created to make sure that no data was missed during conversion.
Created custom BIP report to extract all open AP invoices in the system, segregated based in BU.

Responsibilities:
Undertook requirements from Client, provided solution, built design, developed required codes and took it to production with zero defects.
As Shift + F5 copy function is not available in oracle R12 webpage framework, thus when modifying/updating customer, we cannot use copy function to copy the needed address and also use existing contact person to add to other branches.
To overcome above challenge, developed a new concurrent program to modify/update customer address, the change should be copied onto all branches containing the same customer account address.
For newly created/updated contact person for a customer site, the same change should be progressed to all the branches containing the same customer account.
Worked to business users to perform SIT testing with zero defects.

In R12, customer screens are using OAF web based technology, compared to 11i forms. It is not possible in R12 to copy-paste (Shift + F5 copy function not available in R12 webpage framework) full address field to new address. Moreover, when defining contact details for a new customer or branch address, it’s not possible anymore to choose from an existing contact.
To overcome above challenge in R12, developed a new concurrent program for quick creation of a new branch customer, based on an existing branch customer, which would automatically copy or clone the existing information to a new branch customer.
