I have worked in a BPO company for roughly 6 years. Have handled different accounts for U.S. clients for their customers. Started as a tier 1 representative then work my way up to be a subject matters expert and then quality analyst. Most of the accounts that i have handled or worked with are online shopping, internet service providers and telcos. I have handled a team before and also done side by side coaching with them.
I am a perfect fit, not because i possess the skills and tenure-ship, but it is the passion i have and commitment when it comes to handling a task, i am committed to deliver superb and excellent service, because for me it will also mirror the person"s personality.
That will be handling different type of customer, i believe that each and any customer has its own personality and pacing that you need to notice on set of the call and you need to be keen on handling it. Process wise itself is not enough but connecting to them and making human connection is a must which is I, pretty good with it.
