I have knowledge in using Microsoft tools. I can type also 45 words per minute. I also have experience as a email support and chat support on a BPO company. I also have experience in Real Estate company. In BPO, I became an SME (Subject Matter Expert). I do some of my Supervisor's stuff if she needed me and if she's not around. I conduct some training also for the newbies. In real estate, I do seminars so the buyers will have an idea of how we process their application for the house. I am the one also who process their payments.
