Greeneco is the authorized sole distributor of EcoDiesel product
for export market. I am responsible to lead the team in the
process of acquiring new business/sales partners in the South
East Asia and Australia.

BUMI Group is a group of companies investing in Energy,
Minerals, Plantations, Telecommunications, Constructions and
Tourism Properties. Bumi Mitra Usaha, the holding company of
BUMI Group, invests in Energy and Palm Plantation.
My main responsibility is to manage projects in Energy business
starting from feasibility and economic studies to investment
implementation.

SalesPond is the leading Sales Acceleration BPO across the APAC
region. I started working with SalesPond as a Sales Lead
Representative. My role was to generate sales leads and sales
meetings for the clients. After 6 months, I got promoted to
Campaign Manager overseeing 10-15 Sales Lead Representatives
working on 3-5 lead generation campaigns. After 1 year, I was
trusted to help the company in getting more local clients as
Business Development Manager while keeping my role as
Campaign Manager. Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Inc., IBM,
Tech Data and Panasonic are some of the clients I brought in.

Business Development • Manager • SOG Indonesia
SOG Indonesia is the sole distributor of Thuraya Satellite
Communication in Indonesia. My responsibilities are to win
projects at the Indonesian military, Tentara Nasional Indonesia,
and to manage the implementation projects. My largest project
was the building of Control and Command Center at the Tentara
Nasional Indonesia Headquarter.

Business Development • Manager • Aldiron Hero Group
Aldiron Hero Group is one of Indonesia’s largest military
contractor, partnering with world-class companies in the defense
industry.
My role and responsibility are to provide consultation to
Indonesian military officials on new defense technology and
bridge communication between them and Defense manufacturers
from Russia, Germany, UK, Italy and South Korea. I am also in
charge of procuring government defense contracts and manage
the production and delivery of the materials. Establish a strong
network with current military officials. In terms of value, the
largest project that I successfully handled was the 60-milliondollar Mid-life Modernization Project of Indonesian Navy
Warship.

As an account manager, my main responsibility is to manage &

President Business Institute was an education-business arm of the
Jababeka Group and was the sister company of President
University.
My role for the company was to manage sales and maintain
relationships with clients such as Accor Indonesia, Nike, Mandarin
Oriental Hotel, Berca Hardayaperkasa, Indonesia Epson Industry,
AC Nielsen, Aqua Golden Mississippi, Standard Chartered Bank,
Rajawali Corporation and Kalbe Farma. I was also trusted to be
the lead in 2 major projects: Website & Newsletter launch, and
Corporate Database building.

This was my first job after graduating from University. My
responsibilities were:
o to formulate Standard Operational Procedure for oil well
refinement;
o manage the company's chemical laboratory;
o to provide technical involvement on bidding processes.

• Studied Chemistry with the specification of biomolecular chemistry
with GPA 3.44. One of my proudest achievement during my study is
that I was the first ever undergrad student from outside of Faculty of
Medicine to be accepted to conduct my research at the Eijkman
Institute of Molecular Biology, a world-class research institute.
Although, I did not pursue career in this field, my studies prepared me
for analytical and critical thinking.
Communication
I am an articulate speaker and writer of both Indonesian and English
language. Confident in communicating with people from all
backgrounds, I always take the approach of problem-solving.
Leadership
I see leadership as the ability to push those I work with and the
organization to continuously move forward, with a strong imagination
and the willingness to take calculated risks. A good leader must be able
to sincerely balance between pragmatism and idealism.
