I have over 12 years of experience in the BPO/ Call Center environment. I started at General Motor's being a Customer service representative, as well I was one of the top Debt Collector in the company, doing manager talk off’s ( Negotiations ) on accounts and working in every department due to how flexible I am Low Risk /Mid Risk /High Risk. The company was called Ally Financial formerly known as (G.M.A.C).

Since then I have additionally been working in the fields: - Customer Service, Virtual Assistant (VA), Appointment Setting, Recruiter, Call Center Trainer, Data entry, Cold calling, Scheduler, Inbound and Outbound phone agent, Receptionist, Order taking, Payment Processing, Phone unlocking agent, Follow up calls, Medical queries, Email Handling, Live chat operator, Real Estate VA, Advertising, Website content writer/ Moderator, Website Creation, Administration, Marketing, Social Media Manager, Sales/Telesales, etc. All the experience I have gained has taught me Customer Loyalty, How to think outside the box and be overall a great Team Player.

Also, I Supervised and Managed many other companies on their Projects and Campaigns giving Top-Notch experiences. Due to my knowledge in the BPO/ Call Center Industry, I have started A company called Rs Remotely Worksmart, Working for many other companies to achieve their goals and targets in the market, gaining achievements and awards in Collection and Google My Business certification to help other businesses get noticed and gain new/ more customers making increased revenue on the market, outpassing their competitors. In addition, I create Virtual Call centers and departments, and Run a Placemen/staffing service: assigning 5-star agents to companies of all sizes to brand new startups. All of this is done Remotely/Virtually for clients globally. With this being said I have also helped many companies across the globe ( United States, England (UK), Canada, Cayman Islands, Japan, China and so much more. I help save big on their hiring process, increase turnover and revenue profits, and give an Excellent job every time.
