My Name is Richie Zagado, 37years old, married, and a mother of one.

I owned a travel and tour business for a decade now, but because of this pandemic, I needed to have other sources of income.

I am a computer secretarial graduate at University of Cebu, and currently taking online courses like freelancing and bookkeeping.

I was a computer instructor for 3 years and a customer service representative in a prestigious money remittance company in the Philippines.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Data entry, typing jobs, administrative and clerical tasks are my forte. I can also do social media management, search engine optimization, basic email management, Facebook ads, YouTube optimization, and lead generation.

I am dependable and can work with minimal to no supervision. I am a fast learner and I won't let you down.
