I've been in the BPO company for years now I last work I had was a Senior Relationship Manager of a debt collection agency in Australia, work for the company for almost 3 yrs, daily task is to do collections by making outbound calls, skip tracing, admin work and coaching sessions with my team members.  I also used to work as a customer service representative and as a school teacher.

I am person who can easily adapt new learning and can work without supervision. I am a reliable worker and ensuring that whatever task is given it is finished on a stipulated time.
