During my time as a Quality Management Officer i helped develop a company's Quality Management Manual and perform periodic announced and unannounced mock audits to make sure that the manual is being followed. Should non-conformities arise i create a root cause analysis to arrive at a solution to recommend to rectify the non-conformity. Having a background in Quality Management I have learned to make wise use of my time which i believe is also a key factor to look for in a Virtual Assistant.
