I started off my career in the customer service field 10 years ago, and over that course of time, I have gained vast knowledge and skills needed in the industry. I have handled a number of projects/campaigns such as Insurance, Real Estate, Online Ads and many others. I also have experience doing back-office support.
The company that I previously worked with specializes in selling car parts and accessories online, across the United States. I was promoted to be part of the Escalations Team, wherein we are responsible for taking escalated calls from agents, manage/ fulfill admin requests from different departments and answer online feedback from customers, all in a most concise and timely manner.
I'm a very dependable, keen to detail and goal-oriented individual and my ability to work under pressure helps me a lot to accomplish the demands of my work. I'm seeking opportunities to help companies and organization development through hard work and work efficiency.
