I am a Business Administration Degree holder from one of the reputable colleges in the Philippines. After graduating from college I started working for a Manning Agency and have stayed there for fourteen years. I started as a booking coordinator for seafarer visa application to securing a flight pass for their joining ports. Later on i moved from being a Booking Coordinator to being a Personnel Manager and then eventually leading to being a Quality Management Manager. I composed the company's Quality Management Manual and conduct spot and periodic audits to see if the procedures are being adhered to. I resigned from this company in 2016 to better look after my daughter and while doing that explored the BPO industry for several months. I have experience in Customer Service for an outbound telecommunications company and financial company based in the United States.
