EXPERTISE
Master Richard Oblitei Tetteh is a trained Agricultural Extension and Rural
Sociologist with over six years of experience in monitoring and evaluation exercises,
stakeholder engagement, data management and integrity, qualitative data analysis,
development of robust data collection and management plans, climate change, social
research, workshop facilitation, project management, high-quality field data collection
(both quantitative and qualitative), interview transcription (verbatim) and data
cleaning and analysis. His specialist areas include project planning, monitoring and
evaluation, sustainable agricultural and rural development, and drafting of funding
proposals. Richard also has proven experience in large-scale data collection
exercises, a track record for supervisory duties, planning and coordinating field
monitoring exercises. He has served as a research officer and Data Collector for
several monitoring and evaluation consultancies awarded by some multilateral
organizations such as Rainforest Alliance, USAID, UNFPA, UNICEF, Fairtrade
International, Oxfam, GIZ, International Center for Evaluation and Development
(ICED), Palladium International, ETH Zurich, University of Queensland, International
Cocoa Initiative (ICI), Solidaridad, SEND-Ghana, Verité, among others where he
demonstrated significant success in performing his duties. He has also been a great
contributor in the drafting of proposals resulting in the winning of projects awarded
by some organizations including the International Cocoa Initiative (ICI), Fairtrade
International, TrustAfrica, Cowater International, Verité, Guinness Ghana Brewery
Limited (GGBL), and the National Insurance Commission (NIC). He is highly
motivated, results-oriented, achieves set targets on time, and provides timely
support. Richard has excellent oral, written communication, and reporting skills as
well as a very good record of oral presentations. He is an excellent team player and
able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
