▪ Assisted real estate private equity funds, their investment bankers, debt advisors and legal counsel on structuring and executing
finance strategies to help manage their exposure to interest rate (IR) and foreign exchange (FX) risks
▪ Acted as an extension of our clients’ treasury teams, playing an integral part in coordinating global FX payments with counterparties
▪ Negotiated draft financing/loan agreements, ISDA and CSA’s, as well as reviewed various EMIR and Dodd Frank regulatory
