17 years I have delivered world class customer service experiences going beyond customer expectations. In the United States I worked for NCR (National Cash Register), and Wells Fargo Bank in human resources and payroll. In 2014, I retired early to travel. I spent 3 years living in Costa Rica, 2 years in Panama, and 1 year assisting with the operations and promoting business in an old Spanish community in Villa de Leyva and Tunja Colombia, S.A.

In addition, I hold a TEFL certificate and taught English in Colombia, while making the learning fun and enjoyable.
