I’m Richard, a detail-oriented operations, quality assurance, and compliance support professional with strong experience in data management, auditing, and process improvement. Over the years, I’ve worked across data entry, customer service, e-commerce operations, and quality analysis, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how businesses run behind the scenes and what they need to operate smoothly and accurately.

I started my career handling large-scale data for an automated car project, where precision and consistency were non-negotiable. This role strengthened my analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets. I later moved into customer service for a U.S. telecom account, where I learned to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and manage high-volume tasks with professionalism.

From there, I transitioned into U.S. e-commerce operations, focusing on seller verification, compliance reviews, and fraud detection. I evaluated documents, validated identities, checked for policy violations, and ensured that sellers met platform requirements. Because of my performance, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting teams, answering operational questions, and helping refine internal processes. This role improved my leadership, coaching, and documentation skills.

Currently, I work as a Quality Analyst, reviewing audits, identifying errors, validating compliance, and helping improve overall accuracy and efficiency. I’ve developed a strong eye for detail and the ability to spot risks, inconsistencies, and patterns, skills that are valuable to any team handling sensitive information or large amounts of data.

I’m highly proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Workspace, Maestro, Guru, Slack, and other workflow tools. I can build organized spreadsheets, create formulas, analyze datasets, prepare reports, and simplify information so teams can make better decisions. I enjoy improving processes, helping teams stay aligned, and ensuring high standards are maintained.
