I’m Richard, a detail-oriented operations, quality assurance, and compliance support professional with strong experience in data management, auditing, and process improvement. I’m highly proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Workspace, Maestro, Guru, Slack, and other workflow tools. I can build organized spreadsheets, create formulas, analyze datasets, prepare reports, and simplify information so teams can make better decisions. I enjoy improving processes, helping teams stay aligned, and ensuring high standards are maintained.
