With almost 6 years of experience as a Chat Support Agent, I have developed accuracy when multitasking. I usually handle 4-6 chats at a time while navigating different websites and documents. 

I am a dependable person with great time management. Perfect adherence and attendance is something I can be proud of. I am also reliable when coverage is needed in the workforce, as I'm willing to render overtime. I am also flexible in my working hours, being able to work evenings and weekends.

My motivation is what keeps me going. I set my mind on something, and I work hard for it until I achieve the outcome that I need. I am motivated to be a part of your team, and I am willing to learn new skills in a required time frame. One thing I hate about myself has a hard time rejecting people who need help.
