Richard Carl Ramos

I am Richard Carl Ramos and I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management which specializes more in hospitality. All these years, hospitality has become one of my major assets in life.

I have been working in the BPO Industry for almost 5 years now. All these years that I have spent working on this career, I've learned a lot when it comes to technical processes, work around, and how the BPO setup really works. I became better with the hard-work, patience, and skills. One of the achievements in my life that I am very proud of was when I got promoted as an Assistant Team Leader for one of the companies that I have been with. This is where I learned a lot especially with my computer literacy. I believe that my knowledge and skills can contribute a lot in our company.
