My first job started was with Sutherland global where I track packages, refund order and update shipping notification I worked with Innovative vision as a customer service agent I collected credit card payments and set payment schedule I then also work with VXI where I was a sales agent and customer associate I took bill payment and sell products for a renown phone company.
