I have more than 5 years of experience with different roles in my career (Sr QA Test, Lead QA Engineer, QA Manager and leading testing efforts) and have hands on experience in Automation Testing and Manual Testing. I have tested many wide range of application, such as web applications, e-commercial site, desktop based application. I have sound knowledge of SQL, Oracle, JIRA, Bugzilla, SDLC, STLC, ALM, QC, IBPM & BPM, HTML and CSS.

Worked as a full time QA with 2 different organizations(USA Based) for different projects of different domains like insurance, retirements, Annuity, health care, lab management and many more.
I have started recently and focused on the freelancing projects.

My objective is to create a wonderful working relationship to my Desk employer. My core competency lies in client services and was also exposed to different activities that will enhance client relationship management, operations and training programs for Quality Assurance.

I also have some management experience, being a QA Lead of a small group. My task involved planning and assigning tasks to the team and doing the follow-up.
