I am a passionate and results-driven Data Professional with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) specializing in Data Science from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University. With over 2.5 years of industry experience, I bring a solid foundation in data analysis, automation, and backend development, along with hands-on expertise in training and working with modern AI technologies.

I started my professional journey at Infosys Limited, where I worked as a System Associate for 1.5 years. During this time, I developed and automated various data workflows using Python and SQL, supported end-user environments via Citrix Workspace, Active Directory, and SCCM, and streamlined tasks using PowerShell scripting. I was also involved in incident management and process optimization through platforms like ServiceNow.

Post Infosys, I transitioned into the field of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) as a Python LLM Developer. In this role, I was responsible for training AI models, evaluating their responses, and generating ideal outputs using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT). My performance led to a promotion as a team lead, where I successfully managed and mentored a team of seven trainers, ensured quality evaluation of their outputs, and provided regular feedback to enhance consistency and efficiency.

In addition to my academic and professional experience, I’ve pursued several certifications to keep my skills updated. These include:
