Developed a platform aimed at first-time homebuyers, using React for the front end, Next.js for the back end,
and PostgreSQL database. The platform provides free credit score reports, guidance to improve scores,
access to lenders, and a step-by-step financing approval guide.

To monitor the performance of CMSP’s social media campaigns and understand the factors influencing the
results, we developed an internal system integrating Ionic/Angular on the front end and Node.js (JavaScript)
on the back end, along with the Meta Graph API and YouTube Data API. The solution automates the collection
and storage of metrics while generating visual insights on campaigns and posts. This allowed the manager’s
team to identify the most and least relevant content, optimizing strategies to boost engagement and follower
growth.
Developed Python programs to collect CMSP social media data for reports that our system was initially unable
to generate, meeting CMSP's demands.
To further enhance user engagement and interaction, I developed a social media CRM in the system to
visualize the most engaged users in a funnel-like format, similar to a sales funnel. Additionally, I created user
profile pages to identify engagement patterns and provide detailed insights into interactions with social media
and campaigns. Currently, I am implementing manual and automated messaging to strengthen the CRM’s
engagement strategy.
Developed a post scheduling and publishing feature to increase the system’s versatility, allowing users to
easily visualize and organize their content schedule through a calendar interface displaying upcoming posts
and a history of past publications in the same format.
