I worked in call centers as a customer service representative and a technical support for 4 years. I was at my best in T-mobile, AT&T uverse account, Bell Services, Cricket and Comcast Account.
my job responsibility is to
1.I develop strong relationships with my clients and customers.
2. answer customer questions, help resolve problems such as customer billing concerns,process payments payment arrangements, refunds, warranties and exchange, some technical trouble shooting for their phones and internet connections including comcast cable boxes and scheduling technicians as well
3. make suggestions regarding the purchase of additional products and services.
I should say I am good at it but not an expert. I am a very motivated, Dependable,punctual,Fast Learner and very much sincere when it comes to work. Have an excellent communication skills which results to good surveys.
