With a passion for the English language I have always endeavoured to read and write as frequently as my schedule will allow. In my professional career I have engaged in both the writing and editing of both technical and commercial documents and have always been requested by my colleagues and peers to asssit with their own written communication through all forms of business communication, presentations and peer papers.

I have been involved in the editing of a number of technical publications and written and proofread numerous procedures, proposals and briefs in the raw materials engineering sector.

I enjoy the process of finding better ways of phrasing ideas and concepts in both the technical and creative spheres. Finding both simple and less obvious errors in any text is always an engaging process for me and it gives me great pleasure in returning a well edited and much improved document.

Apart from my secular related qualifications I have studied Copy Editing through UCT (University of Cape Town).
