My name is Rica, I used to work in the Law Firm as being personal assistant for a couple of years. I have experience to communicate and obtain information while representing attorney, maintain attorney’s calendar and organize appointments, taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Apart from that, I had experience working in the BPO industry here in the Philippines as being Customer Service Representative with their international account which was T-Mobile. Before I started working, I have always been passionate about problem-solving even as a teenager which is what inspired me to study communications and become more enthusiastic to learn and gain deeper experiences. I believe that all of these qualifications and experiences I have will put myself in a better environment that will challenge me to do more and to add more value. Moreover, I understand that working at home requires trust, a discipline approach to responsibilities, and above all, integrity.
