 I am a Team Leader in a Sales Account for a Business Process Outsourcing Company. I conduct tactics on how to target our daily quota for everyday goals, handling 15 agents and such. And also I've been a customer representative for more than a year for the account of healthcare and order taking in a well-known shopping site.
