With 14 years of experience under my belt as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I am the perfect person for your project.

I specialize in Quality Assurance, Time Management, Organizing and Excel reports. My main task is to listen to and grade calls and provide feedback and discuss opportunities with the Team Leaders. It has been my passion to always look for ways on how to eliminate and improve our Company Policies and Procedure. I am very good with excel and use it in my reports when I do deep diving insights so I can provide recommendations.

My skills include developing a good rapport, and regular communication is important to me. I ensure that the project is completed to the specific guideline required.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. I am also knowledgeable on the following skills - Auto Cad | Sketch Up | Adobe Photoshop | Corel Draw.
