Respond to all phones, email and ticket via IT ticketing
system and walk- in technical support for all employees by
onsite or remote desktop support.
Logged all end user concerns in IT ticketing system and
endorsed non- technical concern (such as application,
network, security) to other ITG support unit.
Monitor and follow up closure of tickets. Prepares periodic
reports such as Weekly ticket status, Month-end ITG
performance and Project Progress reports and the likes.
