I am currently a Sales Manager for a local Real Estate company for roughly 10 years now. I handled properties from low, mid to high-end.

When I was starting in sales, I have experienced a lot of hardships that made doubt a lot of things about myself, but also it was through sales that I learned new things that I did not know I was capable of doing.

In sales, I was taught by my mentors with one thing, which helped me be more confident whenever I am with my clients. I was taught that selling is as simple as ABC. Three letters that changed my whole outlook in selling. Whenever I am with my clients, I always think of these three letters, I have to:

A - Always

B - Be

C - Closing

Be it in actual or thru phone, I am always a "closer" in sales. I do not accept NO for an answer, but I do not do hard-sell. I just try to find the reason behind why they said NO and I keep on trying to see if there's anything possible that can be done for them to say YES instead.

I also believe that the more NOs you get, the nearer you are to getting a YES.

I was also once a regular BPO (Business Process Outsource) representative that handles customer service-related concerns. I have handled accounts from MCI (US Telco) to United milage plus by United Airlines.

I am trained to work under pressure. When I was working as a customer service representative, we were only allowed to resolve any issues that the caller may have in three minutes. Our average handling time per customer was strictly monitored. This also trained me to multi-task, to be a fast thinker, and be more familiar with the products I have.

From the training that I have had in BPO, I know I am equipped in providing world-class customer service.

With these experiences, I can say with confidence that I will be a good contributor to anyone who is looking for someone that requires sales experience with a background in customer service.
