As a customer service representative and virtual assistant, I've mastered the art of communication and problem-solving. I thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. 

As an academic support supervisor, I get to combine my passion for helping others with a leadership role. Seeing students succeed brings me so much joy, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.
