As a General Virtual Assistant for Yokly (California, USA), I handled daily administrative tasks, managed data entry, created social media banners, and supported both the creative and sales teams. My experience also includes working as a Lead Generation Specialist for a Florida-based client, where I successfully built prospect lists, created outreach templates, and managed cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, SMS, and Email. I also maintained and updated CRM systems using Monday.com, ensuring that all lead data was accurate and up to date.
Before becoming a virtual assistant, I managed my own online business on Lazada Philippines, where I researched market trends, created product content, and handled social media marketing. This hands-on experience taught me how to attract customers, create engaging content, and handle multiple business functions independently. I also gained early experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at The Manila Hotel, where I supported the marketing team through transcription, research, and administrative coordination.

My strengths include administrative management, data entry, lead generation, LinkedIn and social media outreach, and content creation.
