I've been a call center agent for two years now. one year on technical support where we solve issues of the customer on their android, ios, laptop and desktop. even on their internet connection. the other year is on sales and mobility where as an agent I dont just discuss their questions on their bill but give them some promotions that they needed. cable or internet or even on new gadget available.
