I have been working in BPO Industry since 2009. I am currently a Customer Service Representative both phone and email support but I need a part-time or full time job. I'm a goal-oriented person, I'm making sure that my goals and targets are not just met but I make sure I exceed them. I am good at MS office applications, google docs, facebook and other social media sites. Since, I came from a BPO Industry, I definitely have good English skills and definitely have extremely good phone and email etiquette. . I am also after customer satisfaction. I want to work for a stable organization where I can use my skills and learn something new that might help me in my career.
