○    Creating and validating the data coming from the supplier.

○ Send an email to a supplier containing the sheets that they need to fill out in order to have the missing data be uploaded to the site.

○    Reaching out to the supplier managers in regard to the data that are missing for a certain SKU or product.

○ Call suppliers about the given deadline for the data that are being requested.

Uploading the data coming from the supplier to a website using various tools.

Technician:

○    Assist customers who need to troubleshoot their devices.

○    Help customers in setting up their security feeds and how to connect them to their blink application.

Help customers in processing returns of their damaged devices may it be covered by their warranty or not.

Customer Service Representative:

○    Cater to American customers who need assistance in paying their insurance.

○    Process payments and validate customers’ accounts.

○    Assist customers in checking the prices of the medications that are prescribed by their doctors.

Assist customers in looking for the nearest pharmacy that is affiliated with their insurance and also check the customer’s benefit coverage.
