My previous job for 4 years is on Banking Industry which I am a pre-screener on Auto Credit Department.

My Job function is

1. To pre-screen and check if accounts have an existing court case, adverse credit records & submit summary report to the Credit Officer for review. Maintains the NFIS & CMAP requests database, inputs these requests and sent out for monitoring purposes.
2. Consolidates credit information reports (NFIS) & court case monitoring reports (CMAP) for individual, corporate accounts & its stockholders/principal officers/sureties/proprietors.
3. Ensures that internal verification & prescreening process are in accordance with required turnaround time.
4. Performs and assists in the administrative functions of the department, receives, monitor, track & distributes applications for processing. Prepares request for systems access for new employees in the department. Prepares interoffice reports such as BAP billing, application turn ins & status reports. Monitor & prepares request for office supplies of the department.
5. Consolidates & encodes credit investigation results, Credit Officers profiling results & real time tagging of account status in the system either approved, cancelled or rejected.
6. Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as external regulations while maintaining the highest level of service quality.
