I have been working in customer service for more than five years. I love assisting customers with their concerns and providing resolutions for them. I am a responsible and hardworking individual who is willing to learn and improve in my career. I am looking for an opportunity where I can use my skills, gain more experience, and contribute to the team in a positive way. I value being consistent in my work and making sure that I complete my tasks properly.

I studied Bachelor of Secondary Education at Negros Oriental State University, where I developed good communication skills, patience, and discipline. These are skills that I continue to use in my work, especially when dealing with different kinds of people.

I started working in the fast-food industry, where I learned how to handle customers, process payments, and work in a fast paced environment. This experience taught me how to stay focused, manage my time, and still provide good service. After that, I worked as a promodiser, where I assisted customers, promoted products, and helped maintain organized displays. This role helped me improve my confidence and communication skills.

I later worked as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled customer concerns, answered inquiries, and provided support. I assisted with billing concerns, refunds, replacements, and account updates. Through this experience, I learned how to handle different situations calmly and provide accurate information to customers.

I also had experience working in a remote setup. In this role, I handled tasks such as monitoring accounts, processing payouts, verifying information, assisting applicants updating data's information and matching ID's provided. This helped me become more independent and responsible in managing my work. I learned how to stay organized and complete tasks on time even without direct supervision.

I consider myself someone who is easy to work with and willing to adjust when needed. I can work well with others, but I can also work independently. I am open to learning new things and improving my skills. I make sure to stay focused on my responsibilities and complete my work properly.

Overall, I am motivated to continue learning and growing. I am willing to take on new challenges and improve through experience. I hope to be part of a company where I can contribute, learn, and develop further as a team member.
