I am an optimistic, hardworking, and trustworthy individual who has almost one year of experience giving customer satisfaction in a call center company.

My name is Rhealyn Ballar, 24 years old. A little bit about me, I am our family's breadwinner and a mother of a four year-old kid. And I am looking for a job where I can support my kid and my immediate family simultaneously.

For my work experience, I worked with a telecommunication company, Verizon. It's based in the US. I worked with them as a full time customer service representative. 

I experienced being a technical support, sales associate and handling billing concerns. And during my tenure, I was trained to always deliver customer satisfaction.
