As an operations manager because of my adaptability. Works not related to my course like basic bookkeeping and human resource management were easily learned and performed by me in my 1st year of work. My employer also commended me for my organizational skills when it comes to his business and personal affairs especially when handling his schedules in business and ministry. I also applied this skill in making the schedules of his workers to be assigned in different kiosk locations avoiding neither overlapping schedules nor missing out 1 person in the roster of duties. Another skill I developed in my previous job was the skill of negotiating with clients and suppliers in the business and in which I have to master the art of communication especially when my patience was tested. As the operations manager, I also functioned as the sole office administrator because I am the only person assigned to do paperworks so I depended solely on myself and researched on how to address technical difficulties be it on taxes, labor concerns and office equipment. I also developed the skills of problem solving, I made sure that every problem I encounter has already been solved before my former employer became aware of it. As an operations manager, this work is not just about leading but being a proactive team member on how to keep the business going my capitalizing on the strengths of the employees and by addressing their weaknesses.
