I am a customer service representative for more than 5 years in a telephone service provider in United States. I handle technical calls and managerial calls. I also work as a general VA, customer service, email support, chat support, cold caller, telemarketer, in a Real Estate company in United States. I also have experience in working as an HR assistant in one of the schools in the Philippines. I also have experience in content transferring from one website to the new website using Wordpress. I also do graphic designing. I have a team in the Philippines who are all web developers , we design and create websites and mobile apps.
