Rhea Mae Avancena

Physician with a background in Nursing and specialized training in Pediatrics, having completed residency at West Visayas State University Medical Center in 2016. Experienced as a pediatric hospitalist in both private and government settings, with a strong foundation in clinical care and patient management.

Currently serving in the administrative division, working as a No Balance Billing (NBB) Monitor under PhilHealth and trained in ICD-10 coding. Also active as an ER Triage Coordinator since 2023 and Coordinator of the Yakap Program since 2024.
