Rhea Kaushik

I am a Journalism and Mass Communication graduate with practical experience in news research, content writing, and digital journalism. I have worked as a journalism intern and social media intern with organisations across the non-profit and media sectors, contributing to content related to crime, politics, social issues, and current affairs.

From July 2023 to October 2023, I worked as an intern with UMEED – A Drop of Hope (Delhi), where I supported educational initiatives and content activities, including creative writing and engagement-based communication for children in an NGO setting.

I later worked as a Social Media Intern at India TV from May 2024 to July 2024, where I assisted in sharing newsworthy content across social media platforms, tracking post performance, and improving audience reach and engagement through consistent monitoring and reporting.

I have also worked as a Journalism Intern with PMN Patralok (June 2025 to October 2025). My role involved researching, writing, and publishing news stories on crime, politics, and social issues for digital platforms. I regularly conducted fact-checking, followed editorial standards, tracked current affairs, and identified underreported stories to bring overlooked issues into public focus.

My skill set includes news research, article writing, content editing, social media content coordination, and digital storytelling. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely while meeting deadlines and editorial expectations.
