Health Visions Corporation, a fully comprehensive home health agency covering Skilled Nursing and Physical Therapy services to all U.S. Military Retirees and their dependents. A provider of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services ( CHAMPUS ) TRICARE Satandard of the United States.

 FUNCTIONS:

B) MAJOR TASKS

1. Process patients claim to TRICARE

a) Records all medical services rendered to patients

b) Assessment based on clients diagnosis

c) Tabulate and summarize clients claims per month

d) Tabulate and summarize clients accepted medical services

Complying with TRICARES requirements ( Insurance Claim forms, Physicians order, Prescription codes, Diagnosis, Medicines, Prices Claims and Denials )

A) SPECIAL TASKS

a) Home Visits to patients

b) Follow up Doctors Appontment

c) Follow up Compliance to maintenance medications

d) Follow up patients condition after hospitalization

e) Attend to their medical needs specially to those who needs special medical attention at home.

MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

FUNCTIONS:

• Shows knowledge of the product

• Identifies target doctors visit

• Classifies doctors according to their field of specializations

• Establishes rapport to doctors and other health care professinals

• Identifies target market for the product

• Establishes rapport to Drugstores, pharmacist and sales clerk

• Identifies consumer needs as to socio economic conditions

• Identifies qualities of the product compared to product competitor

• Presents the product to physician and shows strategies in detailing and promotion

• Products presentation and Free clinic

• Sample giving to target patients/clients

• Participates in product promotions and activities

• Monitors prescription to the drugstores • Monitors product demand in the area and drugstores

• Monitors product availability in the area and drugstore

• Visits 18 doctors per day in one area 4 times a month

• Booking products order from dispensing physician and drugstores

• Delivering of products to dispensing doctors and drugstores

CITY HEALTH NURSE

FUNCTIONS

• Participates in the planning and evaluation of the health programs for the community.

• Provides & arranges nursing care to individuals & families which includes: giving skilled nursing care to sick, teaching and supervising others to give nursing care, making referrals as necessary, teaching, guiding & counseling directed at helping individuals & groups take action for promotion of health, prevention of diseases & disability & rehabilitation.

• Coordinates nursing services with other related services

• Informs City Health Officer of constraints or problem in carrying nursing services, makes proposals & take action to overcome constraint.

• Carries out medical function as specified in the operational manual for nurses.Obtains clinical history, perform certain laboratory and physical examination in relation to cases referred, administered appropriate medicines and treatment, keeps accurate records of medical and nursing rendered.

• Plans and participates in educational programs for self nursing and midwife personnel and students.
