I worked as an admission assistant doing a cold calling, I am reaching out to leads that are interested in coding bootcamps. My duties included organizing and managing the corporate training inbox, sending messages to leads then making calls, updating lead information in Streak and Transferring the call to the Admissions Office if they want to explore further but if they are not able to talk right now, we inform that we sent a text message where it includes a calendar link where they can schedule in their preferred time and a link to know more information about the services. As a Cold Caller, it required us to be patient, have an empathy to someone we talked with, and make them feel heard and respected. I am used to working in PDT so, time differences are not a problem for me.
