After that, I transitioned into a role as a Customer Service Representative, where I primarily handled inquiries via phone for almost two years. In this role, I focused on financial account management, specifically for a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service.
My daily responsibilities included managing customer disputes related to orders from various partnered and non-partnered merchants utilizing our services. I guided customers through the resolution process, providing clarity on their transactions and helping them understand our policies.
