I’m Reynore Kent O. Canto, a dedicated and goal-driven professional with experience in customer service, administrative support, social media management, and event organization. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping businesses and clients achieve their goals through efficient communication, organization, and service excellence.

I started my career in the BPO industry, where I gained over two years of experience handling a healthcare account with Aetna under EXL Iloilo. This role helped me build strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve complex customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. I learned the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism—especially when handling sensitive information related to healthcare and insurance.

In addition to my corporate experience, I also worked as an ESL teacher at BAS Virtual Academy, where I developed patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with diverse learners. I later served as an Admin Assistant, Front Desk Officer, and Purchasing Assistant at Adhara Resort and Spa, where I handled client inquiries, managed inventory, and coordinated with suppliers and guests. These roles strengthened my multitasking and organizational skills, allowing me to handle both operational and client-facing responsibilities with confidence.

Outside of my corporate work, I’ve been a Freelance Event Planner and Organizer since 2015. This side of my career has allowed me to explore my creativity and leadership by managing events from planning to execution, ensuring that every detail contributes to a successful experience for clients and guests.

I also have six months of experience as a Social Media Manager, where I created content, scheduled posts, and engaged with audiences to help businesses grow their online presence. Along the way, I became proficient in tools and systems such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and various scheduling tools used in virtual assistance and online marketing.

What motivates me most is the opportunity to learn and contribute. I value professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Whether it’s handling customer concerns, managing administrative tasks, or helping a brand grow online, I approach every role with dedication, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
