I'm a graduate of Political Science in one of the leading universities in my country. 2009, I entered the BPO (call center) industry. My experience are mostly with customer service and basic trouble shooting. I have more than enough skill set to handle calls and resolve issues especially when it comes to explaining their complicated bills. Also doing walk through on their phone. I was also trained to do computer and internet connection at the same time managing finish it in under 15 minutes while taking in some unprofessional comments. I also worked as an administrator in one of the newly outsourced back office for an Australian Financial adviser. Mostly dealing with documents, editing documents using Acrobat and excel files and gathering information and handling inquiries through email or skype calls.
I spend most of my free time doing researching anything that I find interesting, specially about history. I also have my fair share of knowledge in sports and statistics tickles my mind.
