Job Description: Coordinate the material stock levels for items of high and low demand.
Supervise the maintenance requirements process for the aircrafts. Coordinate with
Production Control section, annually phases and aircrafts servicing. Coordinate the
availability of material for the repair of major components and subcomponents. Coordinate
the availability of supplies for aircraft. Monitor the stock required for operational bases.
Supervise the daily monitoring of critical requirements (AOG and urgent). Coordinate with the
supply section of antinarcotics police the dispatch and receipt of material. Coordinate with
local procurement and repairable sections the priorities of the material in process of each
unit. Coordinate with back shops the repair of the parts to resolve maintenance needs.
Coordinate with the PIT that technical manuals parts are updated. Attend maintenance
meetings for pre-flight and critical phases of the aircrafts. Coordinate with FOL´s at each
airbase, daily need of the aircrafts. Coordinate with the other departments the requirements
from logistics. Make sure to keep the inventory control system fully upgraded. Coordinate
with repairable section the exports and imports of parts sent for repair abroad, as well as
repair parts sent to local repair stations. Ensure to keep updated the data system (AMMS).

Job Description: Manage the process of warehousing, inventory and send to repair of the
disassembled spares, equipment and tools in process of calibration and/or repair, of the
Colombian Narcotics Police aircrafts. Coordinate with INL section of the American Embassy
