Last 2009, I decided to take another step in my career. I always wanted to try Business Process Oursourcing (BPO) industry. So, I took up training and got a certificate. And luckily, I was hired in a local BPO center as a Telemarketer. My task was to do outbound calling to businesses in Europe and Australia. After 2 years, I decided to quit and joined BPO online platforms.
At first, joining online platforms was a struggle but challenging because of the competition. But, with persistence and patience, I was able to find a client who trusted and believed in my skills. The rest was history.
Over the last 11 years, I got engaged to a variety of tasks and campaigns. I am an enthusiast in Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Lead Generation. I have done business with companies in the U.S. and Europe. My overall expertise can only contribute one thing to your business - that is "growth". I always let my actions do the talking as I am not used to impressing people upfront.
I have joined the online community of freelancers to seek for a position where in my qualifications and work experiences that I’ve had from different BPO here in the Philippines can be of value and importance. I am a detail oriented person and it is always essential for me to give value to delivering accurate and quality work for the successful completion of the project. I am proficient with using different spreadsheets, CRMs and other web-based platforms to accomplish all of the tasks assigned to me in a timely manner and always ahead of a given deadline.
